Okatsune snips are the lighter-weight alternative to the Okatsune secateurs, ideal for smaller-scale pruning and for cutting flowers, fruit and vegetables. 

Okatsune cutters have long been cherished by professional gardeners in Japan for their strength, sharpness and ease of use. Unlike many Western brands of cutter they do not use gearing or cushioning but instead have a direct action which makes for a clean and efficient cut.
